Information Technology park Promoted by Kerala Government. 100 acre campus situated close to Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ). Infopark is considered one of the most economic IT park in the country which handles a major role in connecting internet traffic through out the country. Proposed add-ons to Infopark are L&T IT Park with 5.81 Lakh Sq.ft. and Wipro Campus spread on 2 acres which is planned to be started working fully by 2007 July.

L & T Tech Park   L&T is building State-of-the-art IT facility on 4 Acre Land in the picturesque campus of Infopark Kochi. L&T Tech Park, the Kochi IT Park will have a total built-up area of 5.81 Lakh Sq.ft. (54182 Sq.m) and a multi level car park of 1.29 lakh sq.ft. (12,000 sq.m). Phase - One " THEJOMAYA" represents a unique fusion of ecology and technology and Distinctively designed for multi-tenanted facility in Infopark with a total Built up area of 4.00 Lakh sq.ft. [37,174 Sq.m]   THAPASYA Building VISMAYA Building       The first IT building at Infopark, which was part of the property when Kerala State IT mission took over the IT park of KINFRA, the Thapasya building has completed its renovation and face lift process within a very short span of time.     The second phase of Infopark would involve sanctioning of a world class building with modern architecture well designed for IT operations.
